Cadet Portfolios
Each cadet must manage and build an individual portfolio of their work in the JRTOC program and examples of their broader school work. The work in the portfolio if graded and the portfolio is inspectable during JROTC Program of Accreditation (JPA) visits. The portfolio forms the basis of a cadet's collective work and is of great value when the time comes to complete college, scholarship, or job applications and writing resumes.
The tools used to develop and maintain portfolios are linked and described below. Each cadet will have an a means to build their portfolio.
Smart Cadet is the site where cadets access their class material. Cadets are trained how to access the material, complete their work, and place it in a Google Drive folder that constitutes their portfolio.
