Clement Elementary is excited to welcome Mr. John Langley as our school's next Principal.
Mr. John Langley has been appointed principal of Clement Elementary School effective July 1, 2024. Mr. Langley has recently been an assistant principal of Southern Pines Elementary with Moore County Schools. He is a native of Sampson County, attending school at Salemburg Elementary School, Roseboro-Salemburg Middle School, and graduating from Lakewood High School.
Mr. Langley holds a master’s degree in education administration from Grand Canyon University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Benedict College in Columbia, South Carolina. Currently, he is pursuing a doctorate in education with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership. Mr. Langley holds a K-6 Teaching Certification and a K-12 Principal Certification.

CES AIG spent the day with the Carolina Ocean Studies at Kure beach
Students dissected a squid, fished, snd learned about fish anatomy, shells, fossils and shark teeth. They even searched the beach and found some shells and sharks teeth.






5th graders are learning about famous artists of The Renaissance! We have some budding artists among us!!!

We want every healthy students at school every day. If you child has a fever or has thrown up, please keep them home for 24 hours. A number of students have come to school medicated and their fever or nausea comes back during the school day. We appreciate your help!

Clement Elementary is organizing a Career Fair for 4th and 5th Grade students. It will be from 815-945 on Wednesday March 27 in our gym.
All jobs are important and we want our students to be aware of as many careers as possible. If you are willing and able to come and speak to our students about your job/career, please sign up using the link below. (The link in the photo does not work).

Each person/organization will have a table they can decorate or stand near while 4th and 5th grade students are escorted through the fair. Students will ask about what the job entails and what training/skills are needed to be successful in the career.
