Global Special Education Associates (GSEA) North Carolina “SPEDDY” Award for Therapist of the Year
North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (NCDPI) Office of Exceptional Children Educator of Excellence Award for Sampson County Schools
Both awards celebrate Dr. Blackman’s unwavering dedication, compassion, and leadership in advancing inclusive practices and high-quality physical therapy services across the district.
