On July 1, 2025, Governor Stein signed into law House Bill 959, which restricts student cell phone use during instructional time in
public schools. The Sampson County Board of Education met and you will find the attached Sampson County Schools Cell Phone Policy for the 2025-2026 school year. Please take the time to read and discuss this policy together as student and family, so that we can make this transition together as a Spartan Community.
