The Richard Clinton Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution proudly recognized the DAR Good Citizen from each of our area high schools. Each honoree shared a thoughtful essay and was presented with a commemorative pin and certificate in recognition of their character, leadership, and commitment to citizenship.

Kaylan graduated from Hobbton High School in 2015. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Information Technology from NC State. Before transitioning to SIS coordinator, Kaylan taught information technology and business for the past 3 years at Hobbton High School.
"I am excited for the opportunity to expand my knowledge of student information systems while strengthening my IT skills. I look forward to continuing to serve Sampson County Schools in this new role," says Kaylan.
