LANDSCAPING / LAWNCARE BIDS BEING ACCEPTED FOR SAMPSON COUNTY SCHOOLS
THERE WILL BE A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING ON JULY 8, 2026 AT 9AM. BIDS WILL BE DUE ON JULY 15, 2026. THIS IS FOR THE UPCOMING CONTRACT THAT WILL BEGIN ON AUGUST 1, 2026. YOU MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE NC LANDSCAPING LICENSE AND PESTICIDE LICENSE TO BID ON THIS CONTRACT. A COPY OF YOUR LICENSES WILL BE REQUIRED WITH YOUR BID PACKET, WHICH WILL BE GIVEN OUT AT THE PRE-BID MEETING. THERE WILL BE 2 SEPARATE BIDS TO SPLIT UP THE SCHOOLS. YOU CAN BID ON ONE OR BOTH.
ONE BID IS FOR THE LAKEWOOD AND UNION DISTRICT SCHOOLS THAT WILL ALSO INCLUDE PLANT OPERATIONS/CHILD NUTRITION CAMPUS. THIS INCLUDES A TOTAL OF 10 CAMPUSES.
THE OTHER BID IS FOR THE HOBBTON AND MIDWAY DISTRICT SCHOOLS THAT WILL ALSO INCLUDE THE BUS GARAGE CAMPUS. THIS INCLUDES A TOTAL OF 11 CAMPUSES.
MANDATORY SITE VISITS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR EACH CAMPUS INCLUDED IN THE BID YOU WILL BE SUBMITTING
