Roseboro Elementary School is proud to honor Mrs. Teresa Williams as our 2025–2026 Support Staff of the Year!
Mrs. Williams is the definition of dedication and service. As a veteran Instructional Assistant and Bus Driver, she goes above and beyond every single day to support our students both inside and outside the classroom. From ensuring safe travels in the morning and afternoon to providing hands-on academic and behavioral support throughout the school day, she does it all with grace, patience, and a smile.
She is a true model staff member and the ultimate team player—always stepping in where needed, encouraging our Little Leopards, and supporting her colleagues without hesitation. Her consistency, reliability, and heart for children make a lasting difference in our school community.
