We are excited to host the 5th annual "Raider Round Up" band competition at Midway HS. This is always an exciting time for our students, Band Boosters, and school. You're invited to come out and see some great music programs. Among those groups will be Duke University's Marching Band! Admission is $10, and children 5 and under are free. Sampson County Schools employees are free, with a badge. MHS Chorus members are free (with chorus t-shirt) and MHS Athletes are free (with jersey/sports gear) as well.

Attention parents and guardians of Sophomore students at Midway High School: The Pre-ACT will be administered to ALL sophomore students on Tuesday, October 28th. Please encourage your students to get a good night's sleep and eat a hearty breakfast Tuesday morning.

Come out to our Fall Chorus Concert Monday, October 20 at 6:30pm! Admission is free, but we will auction off some items to raise money for our MHS Chorus program. The concert will feature our very own Stephanie Sellars and Jesse Shelton!! You will not want to miss this concert of great music. Thank you for always supporting music at Midway HS! Help us welcome SCS new Student Information Systems (Infinite Campus) coordinator, Kaylan Dudley!
Kaylan graduated from Hobbton High School in 2015. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Information Technology from NC State. Before transitioning to SIS coordinator, Kaylan taught information technology and business for the past 3 years at Hobbton High School.
"I am excited for the opportunity to expand my knowledge of student information systems while strengthening my IT skills. I look forward to continuing to serve Sampson County Schools in this new role," says Kaylan.

Military Academies Open House for high school students and their families who are interested in attending these schools and speaking to representatives who can provide information about applying for and preparing to attend these colleges or programs. You do not have to live on post or be military-connected to participate. All civilians will have to enter the gate at the Fort Liberty Visitors Center at the All-American Gate (3550 All American Fwy, Fort Liberty, NC 28310).

UNC SYSTEM VIRTUAL OPEN HOUSE
The UNC System is hosting its fourth annual Virtual Open House for prospective students, families, and high school counselors to learn more about the 16 UNC SY-stem universities.
