Welcome to the media center!  Come in and see me.

I received my Bachelor's of Arts in Education k-6 grades in 1992.  I added on middle school Language Arts to my license in 2002.  In 2016, I received my Master's of Library Science from ECU.  I previously taught Language Arts for 13 years here at UMS.  I came into the media center at the beginning of the 2012-2013 school year.  My goal for the media center is to have the materials here that support the curriculum and to provide for the pleasure reading of the students.  If we don't have something you are interested in, ask me.  I may be able to get it through interlibrary loans with another school in the county.  Also, remember you can get a public library card free as long as you live in the county and can prove it. They do interlibrary loans with libraries all around the country.  I got one shipped from New Jersey once!
