Hello fellow Spartans!   I am a Sampson County native, hailing from the Newton Grove area. I graduated from East Carolina University, and I have completed M. Ed in English and Educational Specialist degrees from Liberty University. I have  taught ELA for 8 years and have a combined total of 21 happy years working in education. I live in Clinton with my husband, David. I have three sons and four grandsons!  I enjoy traveling, cooking and spending time with my family. My passion is teaching and I love my 8th graders!
