I am Maria Faulkner. I teach English As a Second Language (ESL). I graduated from East Carolina University. Prior to transferring to Union High School, I worked with the Migrant Education Program of Sampson County Schools. This allowed me to work with students in all Sampson County School districts as well as students in the Clinton City School district. My co-teacher is Makyla Ritch. She is a graduate of Fayetteville State University. She comes to Union High School from Union Elementary School. She also has a background as a CNA and has worked for home health. She is bilingual and carries a wealth of experience.
