Welcome to Plain View Elementary School, Home of the Eagles! As principal, I take responsibility to ensure a strong instructional core, standards based comprehension planning, teacher/student lead instruction, and social and emotional growth for all students. Public school is a safe place for students, families, faculty and staff to grow together while establishing working relationships and supporting one another in the effort to strengthen our community for our future generations. 

Webster’s Dictionary defines “school” as an organization that provides instruction; an institution for the teaching of children. Plain View Elementary’s expectations for students is that they come to school to learn as our faculty and staff prepare daily to teach North Carolina’s Standard Course of Study to equip students academically for their future. It is my sincere belief that all students are created with a purpose and our school community helps establish the plan to fulfill it.
