Hello everyone!

My name is Ms. Davis and I teach 8th grade science. This will be my sixth year as an educator, and third year back at MMS. I am a proud Midway Alum myself and am thrilled to be educating students where I once was years ago.

My passion for teaching is built on establishing meaningful and positive connections with my students by maintaining a nurturing and inviting classroom environment.

I received a B.S. in Environmental Science with a concentration in Biological Conservation, and a minor in Biology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, as well as received my teaching license through NC State.

When I am not teaching, I love to spend quality time with my family and golden retriever, Tobey, shark tooth hunting, boating/fishing, seeing old friends, and reading a good book!

-Favorite Restaurants: Chick Fil-A, Starbucks, Olive Garden, and any place in Wilmington, NC!
