Welcome to 6th Grade ELA and Social Studies!

We will be doing a lot of reading, but you need reading in your everyday life! English Language arts teaches you more than just reading, it teaches you how to write, and how to comprehend what you read.

Social Studies is about learning more than just history, you will learn about geography, economics, government, and culture. These items all tie into the real world and you need to know them to be a successful person when you grow up.
