Midway Middle School Athletics offers students the opportunity to participate in various sports, fostering teamwork, physical fitness, and school spirit.

To ensure student safety, all athletes are required to complete a physical form and a concussion awareness form before participating in any athletic activities. These forms help monitor health and ensure students are prepared for the demands of sports.

In order to stay after school for a ball game or a school dance, students MUST have admission money and a signed permission slip turned into the homeroom teacher, or another representative from the grade level, on or before the morning of the event during homeroom. A new permission slip must be turned in EVERY TIME a student stays after school for a function.

No Telephone Calls Home For Money And/or Permission Slip Will Be Permitted.
