Welcome! I am Vernon Blackman, Automotive Technology instructor at Midway High School. Originally from Harnett County and a Triton High School graduate, I hold a degree in Automotive Technology from Johnston Community College. With over two decades of industry experience and 14 years of teaching, my goal is to inspire hands-on learning and mentor future technicians, shop owners, and automotive industry leaders in the classroom and through our SkillsUSA chapter.
