Hello! My name is Mrs. Ash, and I am passionate about inspiring curiosity, building confidence, and helping every student reach their full potential. I have been teaching science for four years—three of those years were spent in Jacksonville, Florida, and last year marked my first year at Midway High School. 

In my classroom, I focus on developing critical thinking skills and strive to create a welcoming environment where students feel safe asking questions, taking risks, and growing both academically and personally. 

When I’m not teaching, you might find me spending time with my wonderful family, including my son and husband, in Dunn, NC. I believe that learning should be engaging, challenging, and joyful, and I strive to bring my best to Midway High School every day.
