My name is Ashley Jones, and I am the Instructional Coach and MTSS Coordinator at Midway Elementary School. I’m passionate about supporting teachers so they can reach their full potential and, in turn, help every student succeed.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with a minor in Reading (K–12) and a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology. In addition, I have earned certifications in Academically and Intellectually Gifted (AIG) instruction and Computer Education. With 13 years of classroom experience, I have taught a variety of grade levels and subjects, including 6th grade math, 4th grade math and science, and 2nd grade all subjects. I have also served as a 1st and 2nd grade math interventionist, providing targeted instruction to support student growth. My diverse background reflects a commitment to innovative teaching practices, differentiated instruction, and integrating technology to enhance learning outcomes.
