Hello! I am so excited to be at Midway Elementary School. I received a Bachelors in Middle Grades Education from the University of Mount Olive in 2011 and returned to Raider Country to begin my career at Midway Middle School. I taught 6th grade math and science for 11 years and coached cheerleading and softball. I obtained a Masters in School Administration from Campbell University in 2022. I came to Midway Elementary in 2023 with the goal of serving this community and supporting any and all that I can. My educational philosophy has always been that any student given the right environment, circumstances, expectations, and opportunities can learn and grow. This community is home and I look forward to continuing to learn and grow with it.
I have a loving husband, Billy, and three wonderful children, Kyleigh, Macsen, and coming soon Liam!
