I am a Health Science teacher and HOSA Advisor, beginning my fourth year in education. I graduated from Hobbton High School in 2005 and earned my Associate Degree in Nursing from Sampson Community College. I have been a Registered Nurse for 16 years and entered education through the NCDPI lateral entry pathway, completing the Beginning Teacher Institute.

I enjoy bringing my healthcare experience into the classroom and helping students explore careers in healthcare. Outside of school, I enjoy traveling, reading, and spending time with my family.
