Welcome!

My name is Mrs. Lynn Peterson.  I am starting my 35th year as a teacher at Hargrove Elementary School.  I have taught grades 2,3,5, and 6.  Second grade is my favorite!  I attended Hargrove Elementary School from kindergarten through the sixth grade.  I graduated from Hobbton High School and am very proud to be a Wildcat!!  After graduation, I attended Sampson Community College and Campbell University and received a degree in Elementary Education.     

I am married and have 1 wonderful daughter.  Her name is Christina and she makes me proud every day!  I also have 3 dogs that keep me very busy.  Their names are Gus, Chico, and Shiloh.     

I look forward to a great year getting to know my students and their parents!  When we all work together...great things happen!
