Sampson County Schools will continue to charge a transcript request fee of $10. The Corporate Rate for Non-Educational Agencies is $20.
Starting December 19, 2022, the $3 convenience fee from the Scribbles vendor will increase to $4. This service allows us to offer a secure and convenient way for former high school students to request student records through an online management system. This online service allows us to offer credit/debit card options for our customers.
Student Record/Transcript Requests
Former students currently have three options for requesting records.
The fastest and easiest way to obtain your record is to order online and pay $10 for the transcript along with the $3 convenience fee for use of credit card. Upon submission of your request, you will receive a "confirmation of receipt" of your request. Your record(s) will be mailed to the address(s) requested. Standard shipping and handling (5-7 business days) is included in the fee. Once mailed, your payment will be processed and you will receive an email confirmation and receipt.
Mail Your Request
Records may be requested by mail using this form. Requests are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt of the request and are mailed to the address of your choice. There is a $10 fee for each records request.
Come in person to the Central Office
Please complete this formand drop it off at the Central Office at 437 Rowan Road, Clinton, NC during regular business hours. These forms are also available at our office. Printable Copy of Release
Duplicate diplomas are not available, but proof of graduation is.
