On-line courses will be offered on campus during the school day. Strong computer skills are recommended. These courses may be available if the course is not offered at the high school or is not available due to a scheduling conflict. The courses are offered at no cost unless the student drops, withdraws, or fails the course. North Carolina public high school students can earn college credits through a special initiative called Career and College Promise. Qualified students in participating public high schools can take a variety of online college-credit courses at no cost to them or to their families. Students earn both high school and college credit for completed courses. Access to these courses is provided during the regular day and online courses’ facilitation will assist students in the classroom
