Hi!  Welcome to my page.  I am a third grade Science and Social Studies teacher. This is my first year at Plain View Elementary.  I am so excited to be here!  I graduated from Fayetteville State University in December 2019 and began teaching first grade at Harnett Primary in January.  I finished out the year there and then accepted a position at PVES this year.  I LOVE science!  We have fun experiementing and learning daily.  I love to watch my students faces when they see experiements for the first time!  It is exciting to watch them learn and grow. 

I have been married to my husband Matt for nine years.  We have two children, Liliana and Braxton, both who attend Plain View. We feel extremely blessed to be able to raise our children at this wonderful school district.  

I treat all my students the way I would want my own children to be treated.  I am here to support them and help them in any way possible.  My goal is for all students to feel nurtured and loved in my classroom and know that it is a safe space for learning and connecting with friends.  Please feel free to reach out to me whenever you need anything.  You can email me or send me a message on DOJO anytime.
