Hello!  I am Elouise Phipps. I have been teaching first grade at Hobbton Elementary since 1993.  I received a B.S. degree in Elementary Education from Campbell University.  I obtained my Master's degree from Fayetteville State University.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family and going to White Lake.
