• Sampson County students, parents, and members of the community are encouraged to report complaints of bullying.  Reports may or may not be made anonymously.  These complaints should be received by the school staff, guidance counselor or principal who will then initiate investigation and intervention according to school and district policies.  Complaints will be investigated in a way to protect students from unfair and unfounded accusations as well as to maintain the confidentiality of the parties involved.  Disciplinary action may not be based solely on an anonymous report.

    Any emergency or life threatening situation should be immediately reported to the school guidance counselor or principal.
