Be clear and concise.  Don't just say my computer or my iPad doesn't work.  Give clear details as to what is happening and when it is happening.  Let your teacher know what you have done to try and resolve the issue.  Include screen shots of error messages if relevant to problem.  This information will help if they have to create a ticket for you.
