    Morehead-Cain Scholarship @ UNC CH  

    • Interested students must see their school counselor to complete a preliminary application/essay to be considered for the high school nomination. Each high school can nominate 2 students. Students who are not selected for the school nomination may self-endorse.
    • Applicants should be a strong candidate for admission to UNC Chapel Hill.

    Gates Scholarship  Due 9/15                                                                                                

    Applicant must be:

    • African-American, American Indian, Asian & Pacific Islander American, or Hispanic
    • Pell-eligible
    • US Citizen, national or permanent resident
    • Have a weighted GPA of 3.3
    • Full cost of attendance is provided to recipients

     Lowell L. Bryan Scholarship @ Davidson College

    The Bryan is an award for top scholar athletes, equivalent to full tuition and fees. The scholarship is renewable for the remaining three years of your Davidson career, provided you continue to play your eligible sport, maintain a specified grade point average, and meet requirements toward earning a degree.

    One female and one male scholar athlete in each first-year class are awarded the scholarship.

    If selected to be your high school's nominee for this scholarship, you will be required to:

    • immediately contact the Davidson College coach of their sport to provide career statistics and player profile information. Coaches' names and contact details can be found at www.davidsonwildcats.com.
    • submit a complete application for admission to Davidson no later than October 15. All forms are available at apply to Davidson
    • plan to play their sport at Davidson.

    Levine Scholarship @ UNC Charlotte

    The program seeks outstanding HS seniors who demonstrate evidence of experience, motivation and commitment toward the ideals of the Levine Scholars Program.
    Ranges for 2021 finalists are below.
    Mid-50: 29-33
    Avg: 31
    Avg weighted: 4.74
    Avg unweighted: 3.9

    Belk Scholarship @ Davidson College

    • A candidate’s record and recommendations must demonstrate academic excellence and purposeful engagement in the classroom, in student and civic organizations, on the athletic field, or in the arts. While academic achievement is paramount, Belk Scholars also exhibit intellectual curiosity and a commitment to both their local and global communities. The Belk Scholarship provides comprehensive funding plus special opportunity stipends that allow you great flexibility in the on- and off-campus experiences you choose to explore. Those experiences, paired with our academic programs, deepen your intellect, maturity and global understanding.

    Apply to ECU with a 3.5 or higher GPA by Oct. 18 to receive an invitation to apply to their honors college. Each honors college student will receive a scholarship.
