The following items are needed in order for your child to enroll here at Hobbton High School:

Birth Certificate

Proof of Residency- examples include current power bill, bank statement, lease/rental agreement.

Custody-Guardianship- only a parent/guardian may enroll a student, parent/guardian must provide picture identification.

Withdrawal from previous school- Parents/students should bring a student transcript and withdrawal form with courses in progress and transfer grades.

Immunization- student will have 30 days to provide present up to date immunization records.
