Wild Christmas Reindeer, Fritz and the Beautiful Horses, Berlioz the
Bear, Annie and the Wild Animals, Comet's Nine Lives....If you like
animals and good books with beautiful illustrations, you will love
these books by Jan Brett. Through this webquest you will explore Jan
Brett's books and Internet Web site.
The Task
After looking at Jan
Brett's web site, listening to her talk about her books and reading
several of her books, choose one book and work with a partner to develop
a presentation for the class. The type of presentation will be chosen
from the following list:
- flannelboard story
- act it out--use masks from Jan Brett's web site
- puppet play
- diorama
- powerpoint presentation

teacher.
- Work to complete your presentation.
- Present book to the class at a time assigned by the
teacher.
